A high-quality badge turns teamwear into a club identity. We produce patches in all the techniques used in professional sport: plastic 3D TPU crests, woven patches with fine detail, silicone logos with a modern raised finish, and embroidered patches from our own embroidery department.
Occasion badges are particularly popular: championship badges for a title-winning season, anniversary badges for 50, 75 or 100 years of club history, sleeve patches for sponsors or tournaments. We design the badge around your existing crest and you approve it digitally before production.

Which technique fits your crest?
Woven patches capture the finest detail and small lettering. 3D TPU gives maximum raised depth. Silicone offers a smooth, modern finish and works especially well for sponsor plaques. Embroidery is the only option available from a single piece. Woven, silicone and TPU versions start at 500 pieces.
Occasion badges
Anniversary badges with your founding year, championship badges for the season shirts, sleeve badges for sponsors or tournaments, commemorative badges for special fixtures, and woven labels for merchandise collections. We develop the design from your existing crest.
Sew-on or heat-applied?
Heat-applied badges are permanent, sit flat and survive machine washing without lifting — the right choice for match kit and everyday teamwear. Sew-on patches stay flexible: collectors prefer them, and they can be moved between garments, which suits scouts, martial arts and clubs whose members buy their own jackets. We supply both, and can mix them within one order.
Turning badges into club revenue
Patches are among the best-selling items in a club shop: they are inexpensive, need no sizing, and supporters buy them as keepsakes. An anniversary or championship badge sold through your shop earns the club 10% on every sale, with no stock held and nothing paid upfront.
Artwork requirements
A vector file (SVG, AI, EPS or vector PDF) gives the best result, but we also work from high-resolution images and prepare the artwork ourselves at no charge. Very fine lines below roughly 1 mm and gradients behave differently in each technique — we flag anything problematic before production and suggest the technique that keeps your crest recognisable.
