There is no minimum order for team kit, and re-orders are possible at any time during the season.

More than teamwear: your own club shop
Collecting sizes on paper, chasing payments, storing boxes of shirts — kit administration eats volunteer time. Our free club shop removes it: members, parents and supporters order directly, we produce and ship to them within Germany and the EU, and every paid order earns your club up to 10% of its net merchandise value as credit, redeemable in equipment for the club. No setup fee, no monthly fee, no leftover stock.
SportBros Club — the digital club platform
SportBros Club is our digital platform for clubs: team orders, artwork approvals, re-orders and club collections all run through one place. Coaches, kit managers and committee members work with the same standardised process instead of chasing WhatsApp messages and paper size lists. Every design and every order stays on record, so the person taking over the role next season starts with a complete history rather than from scratch. For clubs with several teams and departments this is what turns kit administration from a recurring burden into a routine.
Shipping and delivery
We deliver worldwide on request. Standard production time is 2–3 weeks after you approve the digital mock-up; before the start of a season, please allow 4–6 weeks. For a fixed date such as a championship celebration, rush production is available on request — just tell us your deadline and we will confirm what is possible.
Every sport, every age group
Football, handball, basketball, volleyball, hockey, tennis, padel, athletics, swimming, gymnastics, martial arts, ice hockey, American football, baseball and more — we equip them all. From the youngest junior sides through to first teams, coaching staff and supporters, in men’s, women’s and children’s cuts. Whatever the discipline, the process is the same: advice, mock-up, approval, production, delivery.
Decoration made in Germany
Decoration happens in our own facility in Lünen: flex and flock printing for numbers, names and sponsors, embroidery for polos, jackets and caps, application of 3D TPU badges for the professional crest look and of woven and silicone patches for anniversaries and championships. Because we steer these steps ourselves, we control both quality and timing — and we can tell you honestly which technique fits your fabric and budget.

Frequently asked questions
Yes, worldwide on request — including all EU countries, Switzerland and the UK. Shipping costs and delivery times depend on destination and order size; we confirm both with your quote. Fan orders from the club shop are delivered to Germany and the other EU countries; non-EU countries such as Switzerland and the UK are excluded.
Orders going outside the EU — Switzerland, the UK and beyond — are invoiced without German VAT. Import clearance is handled by you, and local import VAT plus the carrier’s clearance fee are due on delivery. We include all export paperwork and state the terms in your quote, so nothing arrives as a surprise. Within the EU none of this applies: no customs, no extra charges.
No minimum for team kit: we produce single items as well as full club kits. Exceptions: woven, silicone and hologram patches (from 500 pieces per run), 3D TPU badges (500 pieces per new badge run) and screen printing (project-based minimum). Volume discounts apply from around 10 pieces.
Absolutely. Our team handles enquiries in English and German. Just write to us in whichever language you prefer.
Send us your enquiry with your logo and rough quantities. You receive advice, a quote and a free digital mock-up. Once you approve it in writing, we produce and ship.
Nike, Adidas, Puma, JAKO, Erima, Hummel, Kappa, Mizuno, Joma, Kempa, Uhlsport, Derbystar, Select and Craft. We advise brand-independently, based on your budget and sport.
Nothing to set up or run: no setup fee and no monthly fee in any plan, and no minimum order. Depending on the plan, your club collects 5, 7 or 10% of the net value of every paid order as credit for its own equipment. The conditions: your club collects credit, not money; Basic plus binds you for 12 months and Club Member binds you for 36 months; with Club Member the equipment partnership is part of the plan, and the purchase discount requires it.
Yes. We check the fabric first, free of charge, to confirm it suits the technique — then print or embroider as agreed.
Printed decoration lasts several seasons of weekly washing; embroidery and 3D TPU badges last three to five seasons or more when cared for as instructed.
Yes. Alongside sports clubs we produce for schools, universities, company teams and events — see event shirts.
