Whether you need a full set of match jerseys numbered for the season or a single replacement shirt for a new signing, we decorate it in-house. Four techniques cover every requirement: flex printing for numbers and names on technical fabrics, flock printing for the classic velvety look, embroidery for polos and jackets, and 3D TPU badges for a professional finish.

Every font, size and placement is stored with your club file. A shirt produced two seasons later is indistinguishable from the original set — which matters more than most clubs expect.

Choosing the right technique

Flex is thin, smooth and elastic — the standard for match jerseys in technical fabrics. Flock is raised and velvety, ideal for hoodies and lettering. Embroidery is the most durable and premium option for polos, jackets and caps. 3D TPU badges give the plastic, layered look you see in professional football. We advise honestly based on your fabric, budget and quantity.

Care instructions

Wash printed garments inside out at 30 °C, without fabric softener. Do not tumble dry and do not iron directly onto the print. Followed properly, decoration outlasts several seasons of weekly washing.

Yes, we decorate garments supplied by you. We check the fabric first, free of charge, to confirm it suits the technique.

Yes. Font, size and placement are stored with your club file, so a single shirt made later matches the original set exactly.

Up to around three colours we layer flex film; beyond that we use digital transfer, which is photorealistic and equally washproof.

Usually 2–3 weeks after you approve the digital mock-up. Allow 4–6 weeks before the start of a season.

No. We print single shirts as readily as full squad sets.
