Your club sets up its online shop with crest and colours in about 5 minutes using our online assistant (currently in German) — or together with us, if you prefer. Members order and pay directly; we produce and ship to them.
It costs the club nothing — no setup fee, no monthly fee, no minimum quantity, no leftover stock. Instead, your club receives up to 10% of the net merchandise value of every paid order as credit, redeemable in equipment for your club. The conditions: your club collects credit, not money; Basic plus binds you for 12 months and Club Member binds you for 36 months; with Club Member the equipment partnership is part of the plan, and the purchase discount requires it.

What we handle
We produce every order, ship it to the buyer and take care of payment, returns and customer service. Your club sets up the shop and chooses the items in its club area; beyond that, the committee only shares the link. Re-orders, new members and late joiners are handled automatically.
Getting started
Your club sets up the shop in about 5 minutes with our online assistant (currently in German): club, crest, colours, style, plan and start. The shop goes live as soon as you confirm your email address with a code, and you share the link. Prefer to do it together? Send us your crest and colours, and we will set it up with you.
What it replaces
Most clubs handle kit the same way: a paper size list circulated at training, a volunteer collecting cash, a bulk order placed once, boxes stored in someone’s hallway, and three players who missed the deadline. Every season, from scratch. The club shop replaces all of it — members order and pay themselves, at any time, and the order goes straight into production. Nobody has to chase anybody.
What goes in the shop
Every shop starts with a standard range carrying your crest: a fan jersey and 8 fan items such as a cap, beanie, mug and bottle. From Basic plus, branded items are added. Your club switches items on or off in its club area.
Who it works for
Clubs of any size and any sport, from a single youth team to a multi-department club with several hundred members. It works particularly well where there are many junior teams: parents order directly in the sizes they need, without a coach acting as middleman. Schools and company teams use the same model.
How your club credit adds up
The percentage depends on the plan you choose: Basic 5%, Basic plus 7% or Club Member 10% of the net merchandise value, with Enterprise terms agreed individually. The net merchandise value is the price of the goods excluding VAT and shipping, after any discount codes. The credit is booked for every paid order and lapses proportionately if an order is refunded or cancelled. That way, purchases your members were going to make anyway help pay for the kit your club needs.

Yes: setting up and running the shop costs nothing in any plan — no setup fee, no monthly fee, no minimum order. We do. Members pay us directly and we ship to their address. Fan orders from the club shop are delivered to Germany and the other EU countries; non-EU countries such as Switzerland and the UK are excluded. The club never handles money, stock or logistics.
As equipment for your club, never as money: match and training kit, leisurewear, balls and other equipment for the club itself. Fan shop items are excluded, and the credit cannot be exchanged for cash or a bank transfer. It is redeemed whenever you ask, and at least once a year; you can check the balance in your club area at any time.
Anyone with the link and a delivery address in Germany or another EU country can order. Many clubs share it with supporters and parents, which is where a large share of the orders comes from.

Your club name and an email address that you confirm with a code. Upload your crest right away if you have it – or add it later in your club area. Payment, shipping, prices and legal texts are set centrally by SportBros – you only provide your club’s identity. On Basic plus and Club Member, the plans with a minimum term, an authorised representative of your club signs the agreement digitally within 14 days of the start; your shop is already selling in the meantime.

Yes — the terms depend on the plan, and none of the plans has a monthly fee. Basic has no minimum term and can be cancelled at any time with 30 days’ notice. Basic plus runs for at least 12 months, Club Member (10%) for at least 36 months; they then renew for 12 months at a time unless you cancel at least 3 months before the term ends.
